Campaign Organizers and Funds Recipients: How and when does the campaign beneficiary get paid campaign proceeds or profits?

The timing and delivery of your campaign proceeds depends on how the IgniteCX host account is set up and who is managing the payment processing.

If IgniteCX is managing the payment processing for your campaign (via Braintree), then Funds Managers will typically receive their check within 2-3 weeks of the campaign end. If the payment processing for your campaign is being handled by an IgniteCX Merchant (via PayPal), you will need to contact the Primary System Administrator of that merchant account directly to find out payment timing details.

To contact your Primary System Administrator via email, log in to your user account and click the hyperlink in the upper right corner of any page, as shown below.

Account System Administrators: Payment Processing

If you are a Primary System Administrator, you will need to set up your PayPal Payflow Pro payment processing account on your Account > Settings page before any campaigns published on your organization’s account may accept payments.
