Getting Started

Welcome promo dealers and new account administrators! Let’s jump right in, shall we? (If you are not an account administrator and you just want to create a campaign, head over here…)

There are three key steps that you must take before your new IgniteCX system will be up, running, and hosting very cool, highly impactful campaigns. Please take a few minutes to review and then act on each of the following steps:

  1. Set up your merchant account. This is the most significant, preliminary step. If you already have a PayPal Payflow Pro Account, this will be quick. If not, no worries, it should only take a few days to get you signed up and approved.
  2. Customize basic account settings. In addition to setting up your PayPal Payflow Pro Account, you’ll need to set your other account preferences, including the all-important sales tax nexus states!
  3. Get familiar with key campaign logistics. This list features all must know details about what it means to launch a campaign with IgniteCX.
